wayfind is a text-only platform. Do not arrange to meet a Host or Customer in person. Do not share phone numbers, social handles, or any other off-platform contact. This protects both sides and is non-negotiable.

wayfind is not a dating service. Flirtation, propositions, sexual messages or imagery, and requests for romantic relationships are not permitted and will be removed.

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Hosts are local people sharing local knowledge. They can help with recommendations, logistics, cultural context, language, and finding everyday and serious services — pharmacies, medical, dentists, physiotherapists, and other essentials — as well as leisure. They are not qualified professionals; for medical, legal or financial decisions consult a qualified expert.

Use a real name and real photo on your profile. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not create multiple accounts.

Do not solicit or offer anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the Host's. Do not request help with anything that endangers you or others. Threats of self-harm or harm to others will be taken seriously and may be reported to local authorities.

If something feels wrong, use the report button in the chat or email safety@wayfind.app. Reports are confidential. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
