Host Agreement

You provide services as an independent individual, not as an employee, worker, or agent of wayfind. You are responsible for your own income tax, National Insurance (or local equivalent), and any business registration required in your country.

You must complete identity verification through our KYC provider before earning. You confirm that all information and documents you submit are true, current, and your own.

wayfind retains a 5% service fee on the gross amount paid by each Customer for a completed conversation. The remaining 95% is paid to you through Stripe Connect, less any payment-processing fees Stripe charges. The service fee may change with at least 30 days' notice; any change applies only to bookings made after the change takes effect.

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to the bank account you connect. Standard Stripe payout schedules apply (typically rolling daily or weekly depending on country). wayfind does not hold your earnings beyond what Stripe requires for risk and reversal protection.

If a refund is issued to a Customer under our refund policy, the refunded amount (and any associated processing fees) is deducted from your earnings or future payouts. Repeated refund-triggering conduct may lead to suspension.

You will follow the Community Guidelines at all times. In particular: chat only, no meet-ups, no romantic or sexual content, no off-platform contact, and respect for every Customer. Helping Customers find essential services (pharmacies, medical, dentists, physiotherapists) is encouraged; providing professional medical, legal, or financial advice is not.

You set your own rate and availability. You agree to respond to booked conversations within the response window shown to the Customer at checkout, or the booking is eligible for a full refund.

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your earnings. wayfind may be required to report your earnings to HMRC or equivalent tax authorities in your country (for example under the OECD model rules for digital platforms).

We may suspend or terminate your Host status for breach of this Agreement, the Terms, or the Community Guidelines, or where required by law or our payment processor.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
