The concierge service for the rest of us.
Five-star hotels charge hundreds for a concierge. Wayfind gives you a real local — for late-night spots, motorbike, cycling and driving routes — for a few dollars a chat.
1. Pick a city
Browse locals online right now in your destination. See their specialties — from late-night clubs to cycling routes — and response time.
2. Ask your concierge anything
Send your first message in your own language. Whether it's the guestlist for tonight, a Sunday motorbike loop, or where to actually park — they get it in theirs.
3. Read in your language
Their reply arrives translated. Tap any message to peek at the original — useful for learning a few phrases as you travel.
4. Get hyper-local answers
From the after-hours bar to the driving route with the best stops, you'll get nuance no map app or guidebook can match.
Two-way ratings. Strictly chat-only.
Every chat ends with a star rating — both ways. Travellers rate locals, locals rate travellers. Anyone falling below 4.5 stars, or reported for sexual content, harassment, or pushing to meet, is removed.
Rate every chat
1 to 5 stars after each conversation. Ratings are private until enough have been collected to show an average.
Verified locals
Locals submit government ID before going live. The verified badge means a regulated identity partner has confirmed who they are.
No meet-ups. No exceptions.
wayfind is chat-only. Asking to meet, sharing private contact details, or moving the conversation off-platform gets the account removed on the first report.
